About a new approach to the structure of the technological process of the manufacture of the machine components withe thermomechanical strengthening
Nowadays there can be no doubt that the contempora ry civilization presents by itself the civilization of ma chines. There is not any field of human activity that can exist without them: extractive,processing and transpor tation industries,agriculture,military industry,etc.Practically,in all the fields there is the tendency toward the intensification of operation regimes of technosphere objects,namely,the capacity and speed of transport is growing,the efficiency of technological equipment in creases with strict quality requirements for produced goods,operating conditions become tougher,i.e.,modern machines are designed to operate in extreme en vironmental conditions,aggressive media,at large heights and depth.Modern machines become construc tively more and more complicated turning into mecha tronic systems.Consequently,the machine components design becomes more complicated,namely,they have a great variety of elementary surfaces of different configu rations with strict requirements to the accuracy of sizes,form error,surface quality;the requirements to physi cal-mechanical properties of materials such as strength,plasticity,viscosity,hardness,etc. Are steadily grow ing since working loads during their use create in them complex stresses of different nature up to the exhaustion of elastic behavior.
