Physicochemical bases of process for eztraction of precious metals from technogenic high-carbonaceous rocks
Intensive exploitation of placer deposits of precious metals (PM) of the Far East has resulted in depletion of their geological reserves that could not fail to de crease the production volumes of native gold and miner als containing the platinum group elements (PGE). The enterprises developing the remained placer occur rences are balancing on the break-even verge,and so they do not care of the long-term development of the branch and environment protection.By virtue of the fact that the placers are fine,the mine workings are spread over a tremendous territory and located in the hard-to-reach places,so it is very difficult to thoroughly control salvaging the environment.Ecological and economic ad visability of mining of such type deposits has exhausted itself nowadays. At the same time,the gold potential of the region is far from exhaustion.
