Now in manufacture of composites wide application is found with waste and by-products of various manufac tures. A Plenty of waste and by-products is formed at the chemical and petrochemical enterprises, many of which and till now have not found the application. It is known that on the basis of waste and by-products of petrochemistry the low-molecular copolymers,finding application in paint and varnish polymeric composite structures,for preservation and protection of wood can be received,etc.
