Use high density of flows of energy (electrical currents of high density) for reception of metal nano-rolling materials
In the report the opportunities of creation of a new class of metal materials and products from them,re ceived by methods of electrostimulated rolling up to the sizes in cross section about micrometer and less are con sidered. The physical-technical and technological pre conditions of such creation of materials are based on the earlier found out effects,basic of them: (1) absence of strain hardening of metals at plastic deformation by meth ods Of electrosrimulated rolling in a cold condition;(2) decrease (reduction) of factor of friction between sur faces of adjoining components of deformable metal. The results of the analysis of the basic technological variants are given. The results of experiments are submitted.
