Compacting and sintering of carbon and boron nitride dispersive phases using HPA 《The Double Toroid-15》

摘要：

1.Introduction The high pressure apparatus (HPA) (double toroid-15) is known already some tens years 1 .It has been used basically for synthesis of diamonds 2 .For the compacting and sintering of SHM nanopowders (1-100 nm) it was not used earlier. The aim of this work is to prepare the superhard ma terials (SHM) by compacting and sintering of detona tion diamonds and nanodispersed carbon in a wide range of temperatures (1300 -2500 K) and at the very high pressure (12-13 Gpa) using HPA the double toroid-15.
