Canonial Correlation Analysis of Science and Technology Talents and Development of Regional Emerging Industry ----Research of regarding Jiangsu Province as the ezample

摘要：

The thesis mainly utilizes canonical correlation analysis and partial correlation analysis methods. Based on the time series data in 1996-2008 and cross-section data of 2007 in Jiangsu Province , an acute analysis of the science and technology talents and the development of new industries has been done, and it reveals all kinds of professional and technical talents, personnel engaged in activities of science and technology and research and development personnel have made a prominent contribution to the development of high-tech industry in Jiangsu province.
