The Empirical Research of FDI Technology Spillover to Private Economy in Jiangsu Province

摘要：

This article uses panel data of 2000-2006 years to analyze the FDI technology spillover to the private enterprises in Jiangsu province. The results indicate that the foreign enterprises have exerted a positive technology spillover to private enterprises in Jiangsu province. The bigger of foreign capital proportion and the fixed-assets is, the more spillover has. As far as the factors to the output increase such as labor, capital and technology spillover are concerned, the effect of labor is bigger than that of technology spillover, and technology spillover’s effect is bigger than that of capital.
