Grey Relational Evaluation on Ezport Ability of China’s High-tech Products

In this paper, using the indexes of the export size, export growth rate, export benefit and export structure, we design an evaluation system of high-tech products export. Based on grey relational theory, it evaluates the export ability of China’s high-tech products. The method of cluster analysis is also employed to study the differences among regions. The results show that the export ability of high-tech products in eastern region is far superior to those of the central and western regions. Meanwhile, the gap between the eastern and Midwest continues to be widen. However, the high-tech products export in western region grows very fast, which shows much potential for development.
