A New Type of Data Transformation and Its Application in GM (1, 1) Model

摘要：

The guidelines for the construction of the data transformation have been proposed in the paper based on the mechanism, and a new type of transformation was constructed. A number of properties of the new transformation also have been discussed. A new GM (1, 1) model based on the new transformation is established. It is proved that the prediction accuracy of GM (1, 1) can be improved by the new transformation which has certain practicability.
