Grey System Research on Influencing Factor and Forecast of Scale of Chinese Ordinary Higher Education
In order to objectively analyze influencing factor and prediction of the future of scale of Chinese ordinary higher education, this article uses grey correlation method ,based on related statistical data of Chinese ordinary higher education of 2000 to 2007, after selected the ratio of specially teachers, GDP, the national financial educational expenditure, the number of the tertiary industry employed people, the township dwellers to be possible to control the income, resident average per person net income, analyzed influencing factor of education scale ,and then predicted higher educational development scale of future five years using GM(1, 1)model. The result indicated that in the future five years Chinese higher education development scale will sustained growth.
