Appraisement of Red Flag Car Drivers base on Grey Incidence Analysis

摘要：

Appraisement of Red Flag car driver is a representative sophisticated, imperfection of information and undefined grey system because factors of influence are large and subjective influence is big by appraisal main body. So, the paper establish model of grey incidence analysis that appraises Red Flag car driver according to thought of grey system. Quantitative, normative and procedural appraisement for Red Flag car driver is to develop, appraise and examine We prove the racticality of the method by case study.
