Multi-hierarchy gray cluster appraisal of university independent innovation

摘要：

University administration is the main force of the science and technology innovation of our country. Scientific and rational assessment of universities’ independent innovation ability of science and technology related to the ability of universities’ independent innovation of science and technology development, nurture and motivation. This article based on sorts of influencing factors foundation of university science and technology independent innovation ability, constructing the multi-hierarchy appraisal indicator system. The utilization of grey system theory has discussed multi-hierarchy grey cluster appraisal method of the university science and technology independent innovation ability, this method might have the effect to use in our country’s university science and technology independent innovation ability in the actual appraisal.
