Dynamic Evaluation and Analysis on Regional Technological Innovation Capacity Based on Grey Target

摘要：

Regional technological innovation capacities of 31 regions in China from 2004 to 2007 are dynamic evaluated and analyzed by using grey target theory to find out their changes and development trends. Utilize the bull’s-eye degree to classify and sort the regional technological innovation capacity. Through the analysis of the contribution degree on the regional technological innovation capacity, evaluation indicator to identify the key influence factors and to classify and sort the evaluation indicator.
