Research on the optimal time buffer model of critical equipments in multi-models production
Critical equipments mainly maintain critical production processes in the production system, deciding the production cycle and product quality directly, always the bottleneck of the production system. So we should set up a certain buffer to make the critical equipments work continually to avoid the output loss of the whole system even if the pre-processing is interrupted. This article takes the popular multi-models production as the research object, concerning the features of multi-models production, setting up the mathematical models to solve the optimal time buffer. Besides concerning the production system structural, The authoe research the production system parameters of series system , parallel system and hybrid system. At last ,the author uses the example of production line to illustrate the model and algorithm, and , and they a good result .
