Study on the EAHP Method and Its Application
AHP method, existing advantages in particular, can be used to solve the tasks of multi-criterion decision system fields, but to some complicated questions processed by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), during the process it cannot easily solve it by means of the general method. It is because that either the complicated tasks are unable to be solved by AHP due to being unsatisfied with consistency condition or judgment matrix too intricate to solve, which causes AHP invalidation. To be the situation, AHP knowledge systems reduced with the aid of Genetic Algorithms (GA) is proposed, and then, or directly acquire the order of AHP issue through the rule of Rough Sets Theory (RST) method, or solve the tasks reduced by RST with classical AHP method still. With the development of economy globalization, enterprises and governments from home and abroad give more attention into improving the capability of self-innovation for enterprises. Firstly comparing the two set of index system of current available document and Economic Monitoring Center of National Bureau of Statistics announcing<Chinese enterprises capability of self-innovation analyzing report>, in view of self-innovation consciousness, self-innovation manner, self-innovation input level, self-innovation fruits and application degree, introduce a set of the Model of Appraising & Optimizing of the Self-innovation Competence for Enterprises(MAOSCE). The model is solved by the means of EAHP method, rather than traditional measure. At last, the data of the self-innovation competence from investigation samples of Shanghai enterprises is input into the model, it is shown that the model is feasibility.
