Employee Dimission Risk Assessment Management Based on AHP and BP Neural Network
Employee dimission risk management is indispensable to the human resource department of one enterprise. Employee dimission risk mainly reflects the dimission warning of employees and the management level of employers, to some extent, reducing the risk and loss stemming from employee dimission and setting up a risk identification and assessment system are the main focus of the paper. By the combination of AHP and BP neural network, the paper construct the risk assessment model of employee dimission risk, and it applies BP neural network for training and testing samples that stems from AHP. The research result indicates that the risk assessment model based on AHP and BP neural network is applicable, what is more, it can reduces the influence of subjectivity.
