Research on Situations and Development Trends of Emergency Logistics at home and abroad

摘要：

The paper described the features of the emergency logistics and the role of it in emergency management under the cognition of characteristics of public emergency. It elaborated the three phases of the foreign researches and the situation of domestic researches. The current emergency logistics researches focus on the aspects of the organization, operation and control, the technical support as well as the policies and legislations. Finally, the paper pointed out the trends of emergency logistics research.
