The Appraisal of Shenzhen Marine Traffic Securitys Social Benefits
At present, the marine transportation industry of our country is developing vigorously. The importance of marine traffic security highlights day by day. As a result, the appraisal of marine traffic securitys social benefits has important theory value and practice significance. On the basis of the overall consideration of various influencing factors and the widespread collection of correlation data materials, this article utilizes Gray Comprehensive Evaluation method based on the gray incidence analysis to appraise the social benefits of marine traffic security relating the characteristics of marine traffic securitys social impacts. Simultaneously, we have conducted the analytical study to the appraisal results. This article has provided a set of study methods and mentalities for social benefits appraisal of marine traffic security and it provides the policy-making support on the improvement of marine traffic security and the enhancement of management level.
