Study on Identification and Control of IT Outsourcing Risk for Chinese Enterprises Based on Service Sciences and Factor Analysis

摘要：

Aimed at IT outsourcing process management which fills variety of risks,Outsourcing risk factors identification and control are studied as a crucial element to reduce the risk of IT outsourcing. Through large-scale corporate research and questionnaires designing, this paper conducted empirical studies for Chinese IT outsourcing enterprises and analyzed risk factors existed in IT outsourcing processes. Then this paper consolidated the questionnaire data using the factor analysis module of SPSS statistical analysis software, summarized the four key risk factors and made a number of measures for these risk factors.
