Comprehensive Evaluation to Basic Sintering Properties of Iron Ores FromAnsteel
It is significantly important to master basic sintering properties and interactive relationship of iron ores for improving sinter quality with the increase of the category of iron ores and the requirement for reasonable iron ores proportion. In this paper, basic sintering properties of iron ores are investigated by mini-sintering device and sinter pot experiment. A principle of reasonable iron ores proportion for sintering process is proposed and applied to practical production. The results of research show that iron ore B or D mostly mixed with C should be used in sintering production, and iron ore Ashould be used in pellet production mostly in Ansteel. Ironmaking technical-economic indices are improved obviously after optimum adjustment. The coke ratio is decreased by 5.28 kg/tHM, productivity of BF is increased by 0.043t/m3·d, and the cost of sinter is decreased by RMB 2.2 ¥/t.
