Integrated Optimal Guidance System for Sintering Process

The optimal guidance system for iron ore sintering process was developed, according to characters of sintering plant in China. The sintering process is divided into three stages that forming, moving and disappearing of reaction zone, and the optimal idea of subsection judgment and integrated optimization was put forward, after detailed research for sintering process. On the basis of analysis to mechanism of sintering process, mathematic models of main status parameters of every stage were established. Predicted models were established using dada analysis method. Optimal guidance was given using fuzzy control method, according status of each stage, binding expert experience. Industrial application of this system shows that accuracy rate of every predict model is over 95%, and the fluctuation of main status parameters can be fall down 18%-29%.
