Research on CompositeAgglomeration Technology of Baotou Steel Iron Ore Concentrates

摘要：

The technology of iron ore composite agglomeration with Baiyunebo iron ore concentrates as the main iron ore material was investigated under the current raw material conditions in Baotou Steel Corp. The Industrial tests in No.3 sintering plant and No.5 blast furnace of Baotou Iron and Steel Company (hereinafter referred to as “Baotou Steel) show that: the grade of composite ore has been improved by 0.72% than that of conventional sintering ore; the metallurgical property could maintain the fine properties of high basicity sintering ore; the process requires a less addition of silica and has a higher productivity, a much lower coke ratio and slag ratio in blast furnace. It has had application in the production successfully.
