Based on V-Ti Magnetite Concentrate Fluz of the Second Sub-Sintering Study
To aim at the state of Panzhihua Vanadium and Titanium magnetite concentrate with coarse grain size, low-silicon, high-titanium, poor into the ball, low-sintering yield, poor strength, low-temperature reduction of the rate of powder (RDI-3.15) high. Panzhihua Iron and Steel in the current process on the basis of the flux at the second increase of sintering was researched , the strengthening of vanadium titanium magnetite concentrate sintering of the new technology was explored. The results show that: vanadium titanium magnetite concentrate sintering to take the second sub-flux can be added to improve the sinter strength index, the second sub-lime to increase the effectiveness of better than limestone, the ideal ratio of 50%.
