Study of the Micro-Pelletizing Process Parameters of the Powdery Materials for SinteringAgglomeration

摘要：

The quality of the micro-pelletized mixtures (consisting of iron ores, fluxes and coke) used for agglomeration has been appreciated through the values of permeability, volumetric weight and humidity of the layer deposited on the sintering machine. It has been examined the influence, on the micro-pelletized mixtures quality, of the following quality parameters: iron ores nature, granulometric structure, maximum particle size, particle shape coefficient, specific area of the particle lateral surface. Based on the research results, we are making recommendations for improving the micro-pelletizing technology.
