Technological Transformation of 2.0 Mt/year Pellet Production Line of Handan Steel
This study presents the process transformations that have been performed on 2.0 MT /year oxidized pellet production line since it was put into operation, which involve the kiln head gas burner, the swab-off section I hot blast pipeline in chain grate, the sand seal trough of ring cooling machine and the vent equipment of drier. This study further analyses the defects prior to process transformations and their adverse impacts on production, puts forward the improvement methods and summarizes the good effects after technical transformations.
