BD-RPNew Dust Recycling Process

摘要：

Anew recycling process of waste dust from integrated steel company has been developed. The process produces metallized pellets and off-gas filter dust with high zinc and lead contents from dust-coal composite pellets in a very low investment circuit tunnel kiln. The two kinds of products can be used respectively as raw materials both for processes of ironmaking or steelmaking and for metallic zinc and lead producing. Aseries of supporting techniques for the process, such as anti- cohering technique, atmosphere control technique etc are developed. The results of development shows that the reduction temperature has the biggest effects on the productivity, metallized degree and zinc removal degree of metallized pellets and the suitable reduction temperature determined is 1250 ℃ at which the productivity of the metallized pellets reach 77.65kg/m2·h and the zinc plus Lead average content level in off-gas filter dust is higher than 40%.
