The Structural Optimization of Fcarse Swiveling Distributing Device ofAnnular Shaft Kiln

Lime is one of the necessary raw materials for sintering process of iron making and our company adopts the process of Italian Fcarse annular shaft kiln for sintering. The project of 500T/D annular kiln has the features of new process and high level, etc. The capacity of producing lime reaches 175,000 tons/year. The company also introduced Fcarse automatic PLC control system based on the first-rate lime making experience in China, realizing the integrative control. In the process of sintering lime by Fcarse annular shaft kiln, it is necessary for swiveling distributing device to distribute materials evenly. The quality of sintering lime depends on both the ability of even distribution and the stable function of distribution. However, in the operation of this kind of device in China, tilt and displacement of the swiveling distributing device often take place and also the abnormal working conditions of unstable rotative velocity and even no rotation, which badly influences the production. There are many reasons for these abnormal conditions. This article systematically analyzes the reasons for the malfunctions of the swiveling distributing device, putting forward the improvement scheme and also analyzes the reasons for improvement, introducing the working conditions after the improvement.
