Technological Reconstruction of Ansteel Ironmaking System Since “The Tenth Five-Year
After stepping into the new century, Ansteel (Angang Steel Limited Company headquarters) regards enhancing enterprise competition ability as its developing direction, reaching international top level as its target, reducing consumption, improving environment and realizing sustainable development as enterprise’s policies. Against these backdrops, a series of large-scale reconstructions to the material, fuel system and blast furnace system, as well backward production facilities which fell into disuse were carried out. Nowadays, company possesses seven newly constructed or reconstructed large blast furnaces. The equipments in blast furnaces and technical data totally are in the domestic leading position, by which the goal of high quality, low consumption of blast furnace production have been realized. The paper reviewed the technical reconstructions of Angang Ironmaking system since “the Tenth Five-Year, analyzed its promoting effects to technical and economic index, and made a future prospect for enterprise.
