Technical Advance of TISCO Ironmaking
After reconstruction in recent years, TISCO Ironmaking Factory has made great progress in equipments and each technical economic index. The main indexes have met domestic advanced level. By means of equipments improvement and blast furnace operation optimization, production run of TISCO Ironmaking Factory has achieved macro-scale operations technology, environmental protection and energy saving. In 2008, its’ BF ironmaking coke rate reached 285 kg/t, hot blast temperature reached 1194 ℃, PCI reached 184 kg/t, and utilization coefficient was 2.323 t/m3.d. These datas have created the best level of history.
