Industrial Practice of Low Fuel Rate and High PCI Rate at Shouqin No.1 BF
The technology applied to production facilities, automatic control, environment protection and energy saving at Shouqin No.1 BF has reached a higher level. After realized the designed capability of blast furnace, improved the quality of raw materials and fuels and solved the production problems caused by single BF system process, the capability and performance of the blast furnace have been optimized constantly. The total fuel rate is less than 500kg/t; however, ratio of PCI (pulverized coal injection) rate is over 180kg/t. So the performance of Shouqin No.1 BF has achieved the leading position at the similar size of BF in China.
