Discussing the Influence Factors of Flow Gas Distribution of QIAN GANG BF Throat
The pressure difference of tuyere coke in hearth radial different position is researched through tuyere coke sampling of hearth radial position of QIAN AN BF. The gas flow speed of hearth radial position is calculated by series of parameters such as pressure difference, coke granularity, porosity, slag and iron volume and so on. So the gas flow distribution of hearth is known. Through analyzing the relation of ratio of edge and center value of throat cross temperature, gas flow speed of hearth radial center and charge distribution, the experience regress formula between them is found.
