Technical Research on Economical Pulverized Coal Injection for Blast Furnace

摘要：

The direction and principle to get excellent techno-economic indexes for blast furnace process and to achieve lower production costs is that blast furnace operation should concentrate on economical reasonable PCR and lower fuel rate considering its own raw material quality and equipment. The factors which constrain the economical higher PCR were discussed and the principle to achieve economical reasonable PCR and the corresponding technical measures were put forward in this paper based on the Baosteel No.1 BF operation practice. The results indicated that blast furnace operation should go after economical reasonable PCR and lower fuel rate aiming at getting the stable furnace condition under the certain condition of raw materials and fuels.
