The Practice of Copper Cooling Stave Application for ShouGang No.2 BF

摘要：

With the experience about copper cooling stave application for ShouGang No.2 BF, we consider that copper cooling stave is cooling equipment with long life and high efficiency. Copper cooling stave protect itself with slag skull on its heated side and the slag skull is sensitivity to the transformation of coal gas distribution in blast furnace. So coal gas distribution must be stabilization, and then the good stabilization of slag skull become the key point of blast furnace stabilization and smooth operation.
