Innovation and Development of Shougang Blast Furnace Ezpert System
The new type of blast furnace expert system, in which the producing specialties and operation habits of domestic blast furnace are fully considered, is researched and developed by Shougang. In the system, an operation platform for blast furnace operators was well established based on the major functions such as blast furnace condition diagnosis, charging control, abnormal furnace condition disposal, blast furnace mathematic simulation, etc. Moreover, new thoughts and methods of blast furnace automatic control were brought forward. In this paper, the research and development works of Shougang blast furnace expert system are presented, as well as the application instances and innovation aspects. And also the effect of system modules such as materials quality control, abnormal furnace condition diagnosis, furnace condition disposal advice and mathematic models is discussed.
