Development of Specific Measuring Techniques in Ironmaking Process
In this paper,the measuring and controlling situation of some important parameters in ironmaking process. The corresponding specific techniques development are analized and introduced. For sinter mixture moisture measuring on line, microwave method is good for accuracy, disturbing resistance, and operation stability. BF hearth monitoring system consists of oxidizing zone combustion temperature measuring, oxidizing zone situation monitoring, and tapping hot metal temperature measuring. Each part has been applied in operation and its role has been approved. BF blast moisture measure and control technique are important for realizing BF stable operation. Atomizing water can be used to replace steam as moisture adjustment medium. The dew temperature and moisture measure technique of BF top gas provides critical parameters for preventing bag filters from gas dewing in dry gas dedusting system.
