Laser Detect Technology and Burden Distribution Computer Simulation Model on BF

摘要：

Laser grid and laser scanner are adopted to measure the burden trajectories and the burden surface profile of the coke and sinter before BF bellow-in, and the regularity of burden distribution under the condition of the equipments in this factory can be found out. The burden computer simulation model can simulate burden process of BF online and offline, and the burden surface profile and O/C curve can be gained. These images and information can help the operators to understand the furnace situation and guide the burden operation.
