Research and Application of 3D Simulation of Dynamic Imaging for the BF Burden Surface
A new real-time monitoring method is introduced in this paperto detect the internal surface shape of the blast furnace in the area of iron and steel enterprises, based on the radar level detection technology and the 3D dynamic imaging simulation technology. First of all, it explores the distribution of the appropriate detection points and arranges the issue of radar wave incident angle according to the actual situation of the blast furnace. This method includes forming a complete blank-profile shape according to the sampling data, setting up the lofting 3D model based on this data, and constituting the simulation map of the entire surface. The technique has been applied in the industrial field successfully and running well with the intuitive interface, and can vividly simulate the real-time BF burden changes.
