Deformation Control of the 200 m High Hongjiadu Concrete Faced Rockfill Dam
Focus on the problems of CFRD with dam height around 200 m,combining with the characteristics of Hongjiadu project,the study on deformation properties and deformation control technology of high CFRD has been carried out. This paper discussed deformation properties of 200 m high CFRD,with deformation control conducted in terms of the selection of materials,dam body zoning and filling construction,proposed the quantitative index of rockfill pre-settlement and integrated technology of deformation control on improvement of rockfill compaction,reshaping of steep slope inside the dam,setting high modulus zone and overall balanced rise of construction filling. The measures was applied in Hongjiadu CFRD and achieved good effects of dam deformation control,no structural cracks on face slab and the leakage is small.
