A New Rapid Repair Material of Concrete Face Slab of Rockfill Dam
The anti-seepage face slab of CFRD is a thin plate structure on rockfill body.Influenced by various factors during the construction period and operation period,most concrete face slabs have crack and leakage problems,which decrease the integral antiseepage performance and durability of concrete face slab. According to the operation characteristics of CFRD,this paper introduces a new repair material-SK brushing polyurea.It has excellent comprehensive physical and mechanical performance.Based on the characteristics of hydro project,we carried out a series of laboratory tests and field tests and have applied the new material in several CFRD projects in china,which approves its favorable effect in practical application. The practical results show that sK brushing polyurea has the characteristics of high strength,good flexibility,easy and quick for construction,and excellent durability,which is suitable for rapid repair of concrete face slab defects.It has good development prospects as well as popularization and application value.
