Studies on the Standard and Test Procedure of Compactness of Gravelly Clay in the Core Wall of Rockfill Dam

摘要：

Through the analysis of the test procedure of compactness of compacted gravelly clay which has been used in the core wall of rock-fill dam,and the designation of the excel table for the automatic calculation of compactness of compacted gravelly clay,it can be concluded that the compactness of compacted gravelly clay can be calculated accurately and quickly by applying the Excel table and Hilfs method of small particles (<20 mm) of compacted gravelly clay.Moreover,some suggestions to the test standard of compactness of compacted gravelly clay are put forward.
