This article gives descriptions on data of piezometric tube UP14 at Qiaoqi dams foundation gallery and the grouting process of the cut-off wall,analyzes the exact location of dams defects in the cut-off wall and the effectiveness of grouting work,it also gives a brief description on the methods of searching for the location of cut-off walls defects.
