The research of venture return model in venture Capital projects

摘要：

This paper mainly assesses the impact of the proceeds of quantified risk factors by mathematical method, and constructs the general risk-benefit evaluation function and then finds the boundary conditions of factor evaluation. Venture capital fund can combine the evaluation model and the actual investment to construct the funds investment decision-making evaluation model (the particular solution of the evaluation model).
