Fiscal and Tazation Policy Research on promoting Energy-Saving and Emissions Reduction

摘要：

The current Energy-saving and Emissions Reduction work has been focused on speeding up industrial restructuring, vigorously developing the circular economy, strengthening on technological innovation and improving the evaluation mechanism; However, as an important economic instrument in environmental governance, Fiscal and Taxation Policy should play its strengths to strongly support Energy-saving and Emission Reduction. This essay begins with Energy-saving and Emissions Reduction promotion and base on the major international mechanisms discussion, applying research methods such as comparative analysis and quantitative analysis to explore feasibility of using in China, and then come to the conclusion of how the Fiscal and Taxation Policy could perfect the operation system of Energy-saving and Emissions Reduction in China, with a wish that the power of taxation would promote the Energy-saving and Emissions Reduction work to develop smoothly in china.
