The Optimization of Construction Agencies Based on Value Engineering

摘要：

How to choose a proper construction agency in applying agent construction management model is the key to the whole process management of non-business governments investment project, and it also influence the realization of projects most value. Bid evaluation is very important for bidding and bid evaluation. For the construction agencies optimization in agent construction management model, the bidding and bid evaluation method was adopted. According to the analysis of value engineering on the bidding and bid evaluation in construction agencies basic consideration and main procedure, each construction agencys function coefficient and cost coefficient were figured out basing on using analytic hierarchy process method. And then each construction agencys value coefficient were obtained. Furthermore, the rationality of construction agencies bidding was analysed.
