Study on the Design and Operation of Motivation and Restriction Mechanisms of Resource-conserving Enterprise
The establishment of the motivation mechanism of a resource-conserving enterprise is to integrate all motivation policies and to conform the motivation policies to the resource-conserving behaviors of the enterprise, to the enterprises goal of technical development and efficiency improvement, and to the nations goal of the establishment of resourceconserving and environmental-friendly society. The enterprise will know what are supported by the nation, select operation activities rationally and combine its own goal with the goal of the society, and the enterprise will be willing to accept the nations goal to improve its own operation quality and competitiveness while not affecting its own goal, through the design of integrated and linked motivation mechanism. The design of the restriction mechanism of a resource-conserving enterprise is to prevent resources from being excessively wasted and the environment from being polluted by the enterprise with laws and regulations and to restrict the production and living processes of the enterprise and ensure the successful construction of resourceconserving enterprise and environmental-friendly society.
