The Business Model: An Integrative Framework for Value Net/web-based Value Creation System
In this paper, we give a business model framework for the value net/web-based value creation system. The logic starting point of the value creation system analysis is attaining the sustainable competitive advantage by strategic innovation. Value innovation strategy is a customer-based strategic innovation, which corresponds with a value curve. The value curve is a graphic depiction of customer value. The value streams are designed around the effective and efficient delivery of results, outcomes, products or services of the customer. Enterprise value creation system is a collection of a number of value streams in the value net/web. Value creation system can be configured and reconfigured in the capital market.
