Improve the Knowledge Management Capabilities of Chinese Futures Companies

The situation of knowledge management capabilities of Chinese futures companies is short of the ideas of knowledge management, environment, and sound knowledge management system. Whats more, it is at the low level of knowledge-sharing and weak foundation work. How do we manage the knowledge of the futures companies effectively? The first, Managewhat ,it needs to know what knowledge to manage for futures companies ;the second, Manage-why, it needs to know why futures companies to carry out knowledge management; the third, Manage-how, it needs to know the knowledge on how to manage futures companies.
