VM Application in Petrochemical Industry Energy Saving

摘要：

VM (value management)that is based theoretically on classical engineering economics viewpoints is a systematic, comprehensive and whole process management Establishing value management concept, creating value management models, performing value management strategy and studying value management methods are inevitable choices for a petrochemical industry. The paper discusses how to reduce cost and energy consumption and improve efficiency and enhance corporate value to key problems that are noticed by enterprises. It gives a brief introduction on petrochemical industry energy consumption. Of China and points out current problems and measures that could be taken and introduces a new resource-saving management technology-VM. The article has a certain reference value to VM applied in a petrochemical industry application and it is also good for a petrochemical industry to carry out work of saving energy and reducing consumption.
