Research on the Identification of Financial Control Risk for the Value Promotion of the Aviation Research Project

摘要：

Effective financial control can do a favor to enhance the value of aviation research project. However the character which aviation research project has, complex value-formation and high innovation, causes that the project contains the particular risks of financial control in its various life-cycle phases. Under guidance of internal control and risk management theories, this paper studies financial control of aviation research project By using the methods of field survey and in-depth interview, it sets up the goals and identifies risks of financial control in every life-cycle phase. The purpose of this paper is to set up a foundation for promoting the value of aviation research project and for establishing of project financial control.
