Study on Investment Project Appraisal Based on Recycling Economy
To develop recycling economy is a necessary choice for our country to put sustainable development into effect, which is a fundamental reform, compared with the traditional economic increasing model. In order to develop recycling economy and adjust industrial structure, we need a new large-scale investment. The investment centers on the strategic target, which is to develop recycling economy. Investment projects are the effectual carriers to carry out recycling economy. Moreover, investment project appraisal plays a decisive role in the process of project strategic decision and project implement Thus, guided by recycling economy, we should start investment project appraisal actively. Impel the development of recycling economy from the beginning, and realize the win-win among society, economy and environment. Using the idea of recycling economic management, the article analyzes and researches the technical methods about the investment project appraisal management. Basing on this, we assess investment project from economy, technology and society three aspects to check up on the performance of investment project under recycling economy.
